At the beginning of the month Beckett started rolling over. The same day we had him laughing pretty hard for the first time. Since then he is constantly rolling and we hardly have heard him laugh. He smiles non-stop but with all our attempts we've only got a couple half chuckles. Now with his rolling over and constantly having to grab things, everything is a wrestling match. It makes feeding him and changing his diaper loads of fun.

This year for Christmas we decided just to stay in Rifle. Since we weren't going to be with anyone for Christmas we got our presents early- and opened them all when we got them. That was going to make for an uneventful Christmas- just us and no presents to open. Dan's parents decided to come down and visit us at the last minute- which we hadn't told them we already opened all their presents. But it was fun having visitors. We told my parents we opened all their gifts which they weren't thrilled about. But on Christmas a friend of mine brought a package of gifts over to us from my family. My mom hunted down a friend's information off the Internet and mailed them the package and told them not to tell me or give it to me until Christmas day.
